No. All you need is a free Virtuaal client-area account where your referrals and bonuses are tracked. Buying a service is not required. Every application is reviewed by Virtuaal.
If the client cancels the service or downgrades to a cheaper package during the first year, the bonus may be reclaimed. In years 2 and 3 the bonus is reduced in proportion to any refunds issued to the client.
All referrals, accumulated bonuses and payouts are visible in the affiliate view of the client area.
